I am a product designer based in Toronto, Canada with nearly a decade of expertise in software design and complex problem-solving.
My technical skills include expertise in user flow, information architecture, screen flows, wireframes, design systems, high-fidelity prototypes, and user testing, as well as intermediate-level proficiency in research, analysis, and customer journey mapping.
Throughout the past year, I held a position as a product designer at StoreHub, where I contributed to the development of a Point of Sale (POS) system that supports over 15,000 F&B and retail businesses in Southeast Asia. I contributed to some of the major releases including redesigning the dashboard experience to in-demand feature Engage (Automated SMS features), third-party integration, and onboarding.
Before that role, I was part of an agile team that built a trade finance application powered by Blockchain and distributed ledger technology, for 4 years.
For nearly a decade, I have been engaged in the development of both consumer-facing solutions and enterprise-grade applications.
Describe the end-to-end user experience on various products by collaborating with the product owner, product manager, and engineers. As a part of UX process conduct user research, competitor analysis, create user stories, personas, imporve IA, creating wireframe, prototype and testing with end users.
Result: Contributed to 3 major releases including integration of third-party food delivery system, product modification option and Personalised and Automated SMS called Engage.
